we had self-catering.the beds were absolutely in order. also the rest as for example the equipment of the apartment is really great. and then the location absolutely top.
it is complaining on a high level.........there are no egg cups..in 2 rooms there are no bedside cabinets..and a few pictures in the rooms would make it even more homely

This hotel in the heart of the city really surprised me. I was impressed with the value for money - it was a great deal. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable, with good quality duvets and even a separate dining table.
All was great, nothing to complain about.

We loved this hotel! The building was amazing, and we were blown away by the very nice views from our spacious apartment. Everything was sosuper clean and cozy, and we particularly appreciated the hotel facilities like the sauna and underground parking. Location-wise, this hotel couldn't be better - it was right in the heart of this bustling city, with easy access to restaurants, transportation, and all the main attractions. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and we loved starting our day with a delicious breakfast.
Nothing is perfect! But we honestly couldn't find a single thing to fault with this hotel.

The equipment was perfect. Not even a smoothie maker was missing in the kitchen. . Washing machine and dryer. The apartment is so lovingly and tastefully furnished as if it were your own.

The hotel was located in central Magdeburg.
We chose the hotel because it was designed by Hundertwasser, however that novelty quickly wore off when faced with the hotel's poor facilities and comfort level. There were no tea/coffee making facilities nor any refrigeration. There was no hotel bar and only one staff member on duty after 1400.

We spent New Year's Eve at this quirky hotel and loved it. the welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, and the quality of the room was great. We had a stunning view from our room, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. Best aspects: the breakfast was simply amazing, with a wide variety of options and plenty of delicious food. the staff were wonderful and made us feel right at home.
The room could have been cleaner, and we noticed a few issues with some of the furniture. the parking situation was also a bit of a challenge, as the car park was located on the opposite side of the building and the entrance was hard to find.

very nice architecture(Hundertwasser)
even though we requested non-smoking room, we got a room stinking of smoke, especially in the bathroom, which had no ventilation, in contrary to the appearance the interior shows low investment and maintenance, dirty carpet, cheap furniture and accessories, very noisy room - every movement in the corridor can be heard in the room because of tiles on the floor, no airco, low number of the hotel parking place, really not worth to spend money for

Located in the heart of a lively area, the hotel is situated right next to the sidewalk and outside on the main street, with the cathedral very near by. the hotel is also very close to the city center, and there is a great choice of restaurants nearby. Rooms are comfortable, and the quirky bathrooms are of a good size.
The bar is not somewhere you would remain for the evening.
